Happy Wonderful Birthday To Me!!!

Today was my 47th Birthday and I have to tell you it was the most wonderful birthday ever! I did have to go to work today (that is never fun), but my family and dearest friend made is very special for me. As soon as I got home from work there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for me with a lovely Thomas Kinkade Cottage Keepsake figurine in the middle of the arrangement from my Mommy. She is so sweet. Then we had a yummy pizza dinner (I love pizza).

After dinner my bestest scrappin' buddy came over for a quick visit. She brought over two huge birthday gift bags full of scrappin' goodies. Oh how I love scrappin' goodies. She gave me the Memory Makers Tabletop Carousel that I have been craving for so very long, a very elegant photo album set with golden swirls (I adore swirls), a football page kit that is out of this world full of papers, stickers and embellishments (both my sons played football this year and I have tons of football pics to scrap), some Maya Road chipboard, and a wonderful Maya Road Clear Acrylic Calendar. Way too much goodies for one day. I was in sheer heaven!

At 6:30 my family and I attended my son's Winter Band Concert. He is in the 8th grade and plays saxophone. The concert was so wonderful. Those kids play SO GOOD! It made a very special birthday present for me.

After the concert we headed home for some delicious white chocolate raspberry cake, a birthday song and more presents!! I love presents (I am like a kid on my birthday). My boys got me a bottle of my favorite Dolce & Gabana Light Blue perfume and my wonderful hubby got me the Cricut Jukebox AND the Cricut Design Studio Software. I was so like, OMG! You have got to be like so kidding me!

Oh and it doesn't stop there...tomorrow I am taking a half day off from work and my Best Friend and Scrappin' Buddy are headed uptown for lunch at my favorite restaurant Chuy's. I can't wait.
