My first Junkie DT assignment is completed and has been turned in. Whew! That was great fun!! When I turned it in Beth asked me if I felt challenged and the answer was a resounding YOU BETCHA! It was so much fun getting to play with so much really cool stuff. Stuff that I have actually bought but not got around to using, stuff that I have seen and always wanted to try and some stuff that I looked at and thought, now what am I going to do with this. But 6 days, 24 diet cokes, 1 turkey dinner, 3 pieces of pumpkin pie and one piece of coconut cream pie later and the results are in. I will let you be the judge. Tell me what you think.
The first layout "Soar" features Lil' Miss Cutie Catherine, the apple of my eye, and the other layout "Treasure" features my best bud, my scrappin' partner, my homie, my side-kick, my Baby Bear Theresa.
In addition to the layouts I also did some cards. Here are a couple just to wet your appetite. I will post more later.
When I was dropping off my stuff I got to take a look at the Junkie Christmas tree and it is a beauty! I especially love the ornaments. Oh, Ms Beth where ever did you get these beautiful ornamnets? Why my Junkie Designer's of course! At the risk of tooting my own horn, I have to say the ornaments looked wonderful. The Junkie Design team rocks!
Fellow DT Member Rhonda was dropping off her stuff too and let me tell you the Christmas book she did is awesome. I had to get one while I was there so that I could scraplift her project. Lizzie had also dropped off her layouts and they were equally as awesome. I can't wait to see what everyone else has done. Such talent in this group, I have to tell you.
Well until next time ladies, I will be dreaming of the next assignment! Stay tuned.
